                                            The heart of the India is Madhya Pradesh 

Madhya Pradesh is situated in the heart of INDIA. Madhya Pradesh is the state of forest and greenery the capital of Madhya Pradesh is Bhopal. In Madhya Pradesh there are so much places to visit. So let us know about that 

1.                                                              Satpura national park 

The Satpura national park is situated in Madhya Pradesh in sohagpur Sohagpur is 90 km ahead from the capital of the Madhya Pradesh. There are so many species we can see in satpura national park . It is located in hoshangabad district of Madhya Pradesh. It's name is derived from the Satpura range . It covers the area of  524 km. Satpura national park, along with the adjioning Bori  and Pachmari wildlife sanctuaries, provides 1427 km of unique highland ecosystem. It was setup in 1987. 






Satpura national park is very rich in biodiversity. The animals free are leopard, sambar, chital, Indian muntjac, nilgai, four-horned antelope, chinkara , wild boar, bear, black buck, fox, porcupine, flying

squirrel, mouse deer, Indian giant squirrel, tiger, Indian bison etc. There are variety of birds.
Hornbills and peafowl are common birds found here. The flora consists of mainly sal, teak, tendu, phyllanthus emblica, Mahua, bel bamboo, lotus, and grasses and medicinal plants. There have sightings of tiger and leopard and bear and jackal and Indian bison are rich. There are some

2.       Bandhavgarh national park 


Bandhavgarh national park is one of the most popular national park in India it is located in the Umaria district of Madhya Pradesh. Bandhavgarh was declared a national park in 1968, with an area of 105 km. The buffer is spread over the forest divisions of umaria and Katni and total 820 km. The park derives its name from the most prominent hill lock of the area, which was said to be given by Hindu lord Rama to his brother Lakshmana to keep watch on Lanka . Hence the name Bandhavgarh. 







The park has large bio diversity. The density of the terptiger population at Bandhavgarh is one of the highest known in India. The park has large breeding population of leopards, and various species of deer. Maharaja martand Singh of Rewa captured first white tiger, Mohan is now stuffed and on display in the palace of the maharajas of Rewa. Historically villagers and their cattle have been a threat to the tiger. Rising mining activities around the park are putting the tigers at risk.
